How many people can the Event Gallery accommodate?
The Event Gallery can comfortably seat up to 200 guests, leaving room for dancing, serving areas and all of the typical event amenities! Once you've decided on all of the different elements you'd like to include, clients can arrange a one-on-one meeting with the Events Director to figure out the layout that best accommodates you and your guests.
Is alcohol allowed?
Yes! We're licensed for beer, wine, and champagne, so those items must be purchased through us. If you would like to also serve liquor or cocktails, then that can be handled through a licensed caterer or a 1-day ABC permit. All booked clients are provided with a complimentary wine & beer consultation and are invited to complimentary on-site wine tastings!
Is dancing allowed?
Yes, you and your guests can dance the night away! Rent either a black and white or parquet dance floor from your primary rental company or DJ to bring out your style!
Is there handicap access?
Yes, handicap access is provided through the rear of the Event Gallery via a private wheelchair accessible ramp.
Is smoking allowed inside?
No. All efforts are made to preserve the historic quality of the space to ensure its continued presence in the Wake Forest community for many years to come. If you or your guests are smokers, there is a smoking area and bench provided in front of the building for your convenience.
